RSES is composed of five classes of membership:	Student: Anyone with less than two years in the HVAC\R trade.
	Associate: Anyone who is identified with, but not actively engaged in, the HVAC\R trade.
	Active: Anyone actively engaged in the HVAC\R trade for more than two years.
	Certificate: An active member who has passed the Certificate Member (CM) examination.
	Specialist: A Certificate Member who has passed one or more of the Certificate Member Specialist (CMS) examinations.
